Air handling unit

Our customized AHU is confined only by the limits of a designer’s imagination. Unlike standard commercial systems that offer limited design or operational flexibility, every AHU is uniquely tailored for its specific application. Dehumidifier

These units have a wide application in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Food processing units, Hygroscopic product storage, Seed storage rooms, Cold store rooms, Defence labs, Manufacturing facilities of computers and electronic components, Power stations, precision and chemical plants, Fruit Drying. The heart of these dehumidifiers is a patented desiccant wheel made up of Honeycomb material. Air passes through the Honeycomb Desiccant. The incoming process air stream gives off its moisture to the desiccant. The process air is dry as it leaves the wheel. The humidity-laden wheel rotates slowly into a second, smaller airstream which has been heated. The smaller airstream is known as reactivation air which warms the desiccant. The warmed desiccant gives off its moisture which is then carried away by the reactivation air. The newly dried desiccant material is rotated back into the process air, where it absorbs moisture once again.

The reactivation air is heated by all electric systems or steam plus electric system. These desiccant systems are extremely efficient.

Treated Fresh Air Units provide a complete solution for Ventilation, to maintain good IAQ and Energy Savings in a single Unit. Incorporating the highest recovery Enthalpy Wheels, Eco Fresh, these units are ideal for Hospitals, Hotels, Malls, Offices, Airports, Educational Institutes, Parma facilities, Cold Storages, in fact, all the air-conditioned areas.

The Units are in modular construction with options to add modules for heating, cooling, humidification, high-efficiency particulate filters, gas phase filters, sound attenuation, mixing, etc.

The casing is AHRI Certified for Leakage, Thermal Transmittance, and Thermal Bridging. Manufactured in ISO certified state-of-the art fully vertically integrated facility with world-class machinery, units have a unique design to incorporate enthalpy wheels to maximize energy recovery efficiency and minimize cross-contamination.

Exhaust Unit

Air that is deliberately removed from the building envelope and rejected to the environment is referred to as exhaust air. Building ventilation systems are equipped with exhaust fans that work to draw air out of the buildings from strategic locations where low quality, moist or polluted air is likely to accumulate. Typical examples of exhaust air systems in the domestic environment include bathroom extractor fans to prevent moisture build up and associated mold issues, and kitchen extractor hoods for removing cooking smoke, odors and de-oxygenated air

Fan filter unit

A fan filter unit (FFU) is type of air filtering equipment. It is used to supply purified air to clean rooms or microenvironments by filtering out harmful airborne particles from recirculating air. The units are installed within the system’s ceiling. Large clean room require a proportionally large number of FFUs, Units often contain their own pre-filter, HEPA filter and internally controllable fan air distribution.

Fan Coil Unit

A ceiling mounted fan coil unit (FCU) is a simple unit consisting of a heating or cooling coil and fan. It is part of an HVAC system found in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Connected to ductwork is used to control the temperature in the space where it is installed

Capacity: from 190 CFM to 2950 CFM

Ducting

Ducts are conduits or passages used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning used to deliver and remove air. The needed airflows include, for example, supply air, return air, and exhaust air. Ducts commonly also deliver ventilation air as part of the supply air. As such, air ducts are one method of ensuring acceptable indoor air quality as well as thermal comfort.

Types of duct works are as follows:

SS304 Grilles

The SSPERF-S Stainless Steel Perforated Face Ceiling Diffuser with louvered deflectors is an economical solution of providing positive air flow without limiting volume.

The 3/16″ round perforations on 1/4″ staggered centers allow for 51% free area.

Specify: Series S-44 Opposed Blade Damper to make supply register. The S-44 OBD assures even distribution of air across the grille face as well as positive volume control.

Specify: without screw holes for lay-in installation.

Order Size: 22″ x 22″ for 24″ x 24″ lay-in, 46″ x 22″ for 48″ x 24″ lay-in.

HEPA Filter Modules

A well-suited terminal filter supply hood available with options and features to meet the stringent requirements of Cleanroom applications where regular performance validation is required.

Also room side replaceable, lightweight, low-profile, ducted HEPA/ULPA filter supply module incorporating gel seal mini-pleat or separator less filter packs designed to provide unidirectional airflow and interface with tee-bar or hard gypsum ceilings.

Digital Clean room Monitors

The clean room monitor is designed to measure the vital parameters of Temperature, Humidity and Differential pressure in pharm clean room applications. The clean Room Monitor Model CRM1-1 is designed for minimum cabling and easy flush mounting in modular wall panels or brick walls of Clean Room.

The sensors for all 3 parameters are integrated inside for ease of use & installation. The combination humidity & temperature sensor is flushed to the front stainless steel plate & the differential pressure is built-in with hose nipple connections at the rear for +ve & -ve pressure connections.

Additional features in the Pharma Clean Room Monitors include stand out features like integrated buzzer for parameter violation alert, individual LED for process violation visual alert & RS 485 Modbus Communication for easy integration to BMS/SCADA/EMS. The instruments find immense use in Pharma Clean Rooms, AHUs, biotechnology, HVAC, Blood banks, etc
