Biosafety cabinet

Bio safety cabinet is designed to provide both a clean work environment and protection to operators who work with biological hazards. It has vertical laminar airflow to create a barrier to airborne particles and microorganisms. High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are used to provide clean air in the work area as well as to the environment through exhaust the HEPA filter. The air in the cabinet is re-circulated over the work area through the HEPA filter.

Available types are Class I, Class II A2/ B2 and Class III biosafety cabinets.

Laminar Air flow

The Laminar Flow Workstation provides a high degree of localized control for critical processes. The work area is continuously bathed with positive pressure HEPA filtered air to protect product from contamination. The Laminar Flow Workstations meet or exceed ISO 14644-1, Federal Standard 209E for ISO 5/Class 100 air and IES Recommended Practice for Laminar Flow Clean Air Devices.

Our Laminar Air Flow workstations are available in different sizes and these models can also be configured to meet your needs. These units feature 99.99 % HEPA filtration system, air intake grill and pre-filter, fluorescent lighting, centrally located control center, vibration control system and available in optional stainless steel work-surfaces and increased work zone height. Decontamination equipment by high-speed air injection is commonly referred to as “air showers.”.

Air showers are enclosures specially designed and designed for the removal of particles from people or materials, prior to their access or exit from certain clean areas. Dispensing / Sampling Booth:

Dispensing booth is a kind of laminar flow filtration cabin which is employed in dispensing, sampling and weighing of powders and chemicals in pharma, biotech and chemical industries. Such units work on reverse laminar flow working principle and provide protection to operators, products / samples and surrounding environment. Dispensing booth is usually made of stainless steel and equipped with three stage filtration (10µ Pre-filter, 310µ Intermediate and 0.310µ HEPA Filter) with the help of motor blower assembly. In order to measure the pressure of HEPA filter, magnehelic gauges are fitted. Pre-filters are washable.We make dispensing booth for pharma industry. Scrubber systems – Wet & Dry scrubber systems

The harmful gases and odors caused by the activities of industrial facilities and enterprises pose a great threat to human and environmental health. It is necessary to develop some systems to protect our environment from these harmful substances. Gas purification systems installed in this direction contribute significantly to ensuring environmental safety. This system prevents the formation of acid rain by purifying the acidic gases from the exhaust before being released into the sky.

The scrubber can handle high-temperature streams and very moist streams. It also provides smaller space requirements. In some cases, scrubbers can be retrofitted into current equipment. Also, they can be provide cooling of heated gases. The scrubber, which has a higher desulfurization capacity compared to other equipment, has a low purchase cost. It can cool the heated gases and neutralize highly corrosive gases and dust.

The 3/16″ round perforations on 1/4″ staggered centers allow for 51% free area.

HEPA Filter Modules

A well-suited terminal filter supply hood available with options and features to meet the stringent requirements of Cleanroom applications where regular performance validation is required.

Also room side replaceable, lightweight, low-profile, ducted HEPA/ULPA filter supply module incorporating gel seal mini-pleat or separator less filter packs designed to provide unidirectional airflow and interface with tee-bar or hard gypsum ceilings.

Digital Clean room Monitors

The clean room monitor is designed to measure the vital parameters of Temperature, Humidity and Differential pressure in pharm clean room applications. The clean Room Monitor Model CRM1-1 is designed for minimum cabling and easy flush mounting in modular wall panels or brick walls of Clean Room.

The sensors for all 3 parameters are integrated inside for ease of use & installation. The combination humidity & temperature sensor is flushed to the front stainless steel plate & the differential pressure is built-in with hose nipple connections at the rear for +ve & -ve pressure connections.

Additional features in the Pharma Clean Room Monitors include stand out features like integrated buzzer for parameter violation alert, individual LED for process violation visual alert & RS 485 Modbus Communication for easy integration to BMS/SCADA/EMS.
